Online Reservations and Payment Instructions
To book your Puerto Vallarta canopy tour and save 15% off of the regular price, please fill out our Online Reservation Form. Be sure to indicate the date and time you prefer to take your canopy tour, and include an accurate email address. If the tour that you choose is unavailable, we'll contact you to make arrangements for an alternate day or time for your Los Veranos Canopy Tour.
After we have scheduled your canopy tour, we'll send you payment instructions via email. Payment in full is required to guarantee reservations. Payments may be made by wire transfer to our US bank account, or by credit card processed through PayPal. Upon receipt of payment, we will send your reservation confirmation to the email address you provided. Be sure to bring it with you when you check in for the tour.
Cancellations and Changes
Once you receive a confirmation your canopy tour reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Canopy Tours de Las Juntas y Los Veranos operates a strict cancellation policy:
• 30 days before canopy tour date - 75% refund
• 15 days prior to canopy tour date - 50% refund
• 14 days or less to canopy tour date - No refund
• No shows or late arrivals are charged in full
You may change the date of your reservation for free if you advise us more than 48 hours before the reservation. This can be done via email or by phoning us at 011 52 (322) 223-0504 / 223-0649 / 113-0221. All changes are subject to availability.
